For the First Time In My Life I Enjoyed Working Out I couldn’t believe I did this but I actually texted Arnel on his honeymoon to tell me what to keep doing.
I Actually Got A Little Sick Of People Asking Me How Much Weight I’d Lost Then the day after the wedding I woke up and realized I had a problem.
So he made sure I could do every single Explode Workout with just basic stuff and that... I Didn’t Need A Gym Or Lots Of Fancy Equipment These workouts weren’t easy, especially at first, but I felt the deadline of the wedding on me coming closer every single day.
Even though I had a gym membership and could have used Arnel’s personal gym, he didn’t want me to have any excuses for not working out.
No more long ineffective workouts here... Fusion Meant Every Single Workout Worked Out Almost My Entire Body I kept asking Arnel why with so little time left I was only working out three days a week.
But it did and it fit great... and I felt great in it. Arnel’s wedding was fantastic and I had absolutely no problem having my picture taken again and again.
I’d started to enjoy these workouts, love the way they made me look and since they were so short I had no problem fitting them into my life.
That gave me the focus I needed to keep my intensity level up. Then all of a sudden it came time to pick up my Tux... and it didn’t fit. It was way too big, everywhere but the arms, which were a bit too snug. The guys at the tux place kept apologizing for getting the measurements wrong because... They Couldn’t Believe My Body Could Have Changed So Much So Fast! They had to rush me a new tux and I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time.
I Had More Rest Days Than Workout Days He explained that the serious fat burning and muscle building was actually happening on those rest days.
I knew I looked amazing and I couldn’t believe how many people kept coming up to me and telling me how good I looked.
Arnel had known me for a long time and he figured there was no way I would stick to a workout routine after the wedding so there were no more workouts for me.
The workouts rev your body’s engine but then you have to let it do its work. If you keep working out everyday you just wind up restarting things each workout and you’ll never get anywhere.
